The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday, says the alleged sex assault occurred in December of 2022 when the victim was under the age of 15.
She reported the incident to a School Resource Officer stationed at one of Rochester’s high schools. The young teen said she was watching a movie with 22-year-old Onur John Eryilmaz at his home.
Eryilmaz then began to drink alcohol. The Rochester man pressured the girl to drink with him, the charges say.

She said Eryilmaz locked the door of the room they were in when she got up off of the floor. He then took her to his bed where he sexually assaulted her, the complaint states.

Rochester Police interviewed Eryilmaz last month who claimed he did not remember everything that happened on the night of the alleged sex assault. He admitted to writing the girl an apology letter after she had been at his home, the court filing says.
He said he the two were in his room on the night of the alleged sexual assault, according to the court document.
Eryilmaz has been charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. He’s due to make his first court appearance later this month.
