Six New Firefighters Join RFD

The Rochester Fire Department welcomed six new firefighters on Wednesday.

Sam Solyntjes, Mathias Kautto, Justin Durham, Luke Stedman,Mike Althoff, and Matt Robertson were sworn-in and presented with their helmets and badges during a ceremony at the Government Center.  

All six just graduated from a intense 10-week firefighter training program.
