Parts of southeast Minnesota received some more rain late yesterday afternoon and evening, including Olmsted County. The National Weather Service received a report from Oronoco of more than an inch. Totals from Rochester were less than half an inch. Totals in the city from Sunday night and early yesterday were in the 1 - 2 inch range.

of hail in northwest Olmsted County, measuring more than an inch in diameter. Smaller hail was reported from the Eyota area.

The Winona area was hit by strong winds, which knocked down several trees and powerlines.

A tree was also blown onto an occupied vehicle in Winona County. The State Patrol says 45 year old Barbara Kling of LeRoy was driving on Highway 14 in the small town of Stockton around 6 p.m. when she became caught in severe weather. She was taken to a Winona hospital where she was treated for injuries described as non-life threatening. Her 2013 model vehicle was totaled.
