Should the people pouring across the southern border be treated as refugees?

That topic was explored Tuesday morning on Rochester Today with Tom Ostrom, Andy Brownell, and callers to KROC-AM.

The ongoing crisis has resulted in thousands of people, many unaccompanied minors, being warehoused in detention facilities and military bases. It's also sparked fears of disease outbreaks and incursions into the U.S. by foreign terrorists taking advantage of an overwhelmed U.S. Border Patrol.
