Urgent Need for Toys for Tots Donations in SE Minnesota
The countdown is on to Christmas! We're getting so close, and it's making me really nervous about my holiday gift shopping. I usually feel like I'm doing really well until about now, and then I realize how much I still have left!
Toys for Tots in Southeast Minnesota is kind of in the same boat. They're still collecting donations for kids in our area, but they're low on donations at the moment.

Toys for Tots in SE Minnesota Helps Thousands of Kids Every Year
Last year, over 8,000 kids in SE Minnesota were able to have a brighter Christmas because of your donations. That's a lot of kids who otherwise may not have gotten a gift under the tree.
Something people may not realize is that the donations that you make in SE Minnesota, STAY in SE Minnesota. Toys for Tots is a national organization, but the toys and money donated here stay in the community.

Toys for Tots SE Minnesota Needs Your Donations
If you'd like to donate and help out, I know we still have a little bit until Christmas, but you need to make those donations ASAP. That's because next weekend (December 20th and 21st) gifts will start being distributed to families in the area. That way, the families have time to wrap the gifts and put them under the tree before Christmas.
That means this weekend is the perfect time to make a donation! The Toys for Tots boxes are still out in the community, so go pick out a new, unwrapped toy and make your donation.
Toys for Tots SE Minnesota Needs Teen Donations
When they say toy, they don't only me toy trucks a dolls. Toys for Tots SE Minnesota helps kids up to age 18, which means they need donations for the older kids, too.
The gifts for teens are usually what they're lacking the most, so if you have a teen in your life, this would be the perfect opportunity to take them shopping and have them pick out some stuff they would like to donate (plus, maybe it'll give you some gift ideas for them).
