Video Captures Man Walking Into Traffic On Twin Cities Freeway

St Paul (KROC AM News) - It appears some motorists were able to prevent a tragedy on a Twin Cities freeway Thursday morning.
Video from a Minnesota Dept. of Transportation traffic camera on I-94 in St Paul was posted on the Minnesota Public Safety Monitoring Page.
It showed a man walking from the shoulder of the freeway and into traffic lanes. It appears he was intentionally jumping in front of approaching vehicles. One was a semi-truck, whose driver swerved sharply onto the shoulder. He and others eventually subdued the man.
So far, there is no word on who the man is or what happened to him.
