Details regarding the federal indictment are included in a news release issued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Minnesota on Wednesday. Authorities arrested the suspect earlier this month in Virginia.

The indictment accuses 41-year-old Raymond Jung Woo Choi of using Instagram and other social media platforms to engage in what’s described as “sexually focused” conversations with the victim, who is under the age of 15.
