Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Authorities are on the lookout for a man who caused a traffic wreck Friday and then left the scene.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office says 49-year-old Kevin Rasmussen ran a stop sign at a rural intersection near Marion around 2 p.m. Friday and collided with a car driven by a Kellogg woman. Rasmussen called someone who picked him up before deputies arrived.

A spokesman says Rasmussen was already wanted on a warrant and is now facing new criminal charges. The warrant was issued after he violated the terms of his probation for a 2012 DUI case.
