He also had a revoked driver's license.
New Warrant Issued for Wanted Rochester Man Following Police Chase
The warrant says Rochester police officers spotted a vehicle belonging to 62-year-old Brent Howard Schad at a gas station on the morning of November 7 last year.

Officers confirmed Schad’s driving status and saw him pull out of the parking lot, the court document states.
They followed Schad on a four-lane road and eventually initiated a traffic stop by activating the squad vehicle’s light, the warrant says.
Schad then moved to the right lane, turned off the four lane road onto a perpendicular street and accelerated, the complaint says.
Officers activated the squad vehicle's sirens but Schad continued accelerating away, leading to officers deciding to terminate the pursuit, according to the warrant.
The complaint does not say which gas station officers encountered Schad at and does not name the streets where the pursuit occurred.
Schad is charged with felony fleeing and driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.
Citing the outstanding warrant in the DWI case, authorities requested Schad be charged by warrant. He is not in custody as of the morning of January 30.
