A broken water main has forced the Rochester Public Schools District to call off class Wednesday at one of its schools. That’s according to an announcement made by the district Wednesday morning.
As a result of the broken main, class has been called off for Wednesday, September 13 at Lincoln K-8 Elementary School. The water main break is anticipated to cause a lack of water access throughout the day.
The school is located in the 1100 block of 8th Ave. Southeast. The district is urging parents and caregivers of students in SACC to pick up their students as soon as possible.
