The National Weather Service in La Crosse says more rain will fall through Tuesday morning:

A mix of rain and freezing rain continues through mid to late morning today, with the greatest impacts from icing along and north of a Red Wing, MN to Wisconsin Rapids, WI line where amounts could reach 0.10-0.20" in narrow corridors. A light glaze of ice is possible further south towards I-90. Conditions will quickly become slippery and travel hazardous where freezing rain falls. These conditions also could impact the morning commute.
