A funding authorization of $45 million is being requested. It would be included in the U of M’s six year capital improvement plan.

UMR Assistant Vice Chancellor Jay Hesley says the proposal calls for the project to be funded in 2020.

Today’s recommendations will be sent to the Regents for a vote scheduled for tomorrow.
