That’s according to a criminal complaint filed on Friday in Olmsted County Court.
The court document indicates the case began when Rochester police received a cyber tip concerning suspected child abuse material being uploaded to a video sending app.

Investigators traced information contained in the tip to a home in Byron, the charges say.
Cyber Tip & Search Warrant Leads to Discovery of Suspected Child Pornography on Byron, MN Man's Computer
Local law enforcement obtained the tip last October. Police then executed a search warrant at the home of 39-year-old Jordan Richard Scheevel in November. Authorities seized his computer and phone.
While speaking with investigators, Scheevel confirmed the information included in the cyber tip but said he does not use the app included in the tip, which is called Send Vid, the court document says.
Scheevel did admit to looking at suspected child sexual abuse material about 2-3 times per week. Further examination of Scheevel’s computer led to the discovery of 66 images depicting child sexual abuse, the charges say.
Two of those images depicted tow girls, estimated to be 6-8 years old, being engaged in sexual acts with an adult man, according to the complaint.
Scheevel is facing two counts of possessing pornographic work of a minor under the age of 14. He’s scheduled to make his first court appearance in July.
