The case started in April of this year when Rochester Police responded to the crossroads Hy-Vee on the report of a woman catching a man filming her in the bathroom

The woman told police she confronted the man and he fled the store into a nearby neighborhood. Police arrested the suspect, identified as 37-year-old  Patrick John Gaffron of Rochester, three days after responding to the call.

Gaffron was sentenced to two years probation monitoring for the misdemeanor conviction in the Winona County case. His first appearance in Olmsted County Court is set for December.
