Dense Fog Persists in SE Minnesota

The National Weather Service says dense fog is still being reported across much of southeast Minnesota with visibility at a quarter mile or less.  Law enforcement agencies say as of 9:45, there was little improvement. There were reports in some areas of almost zero vilibility

As a result, the dense fog advisory

that was issued earlier today has been extended through noon.
