Parkin said the deputy noticed drug paraphernalia in plain sight within the vehicle. The deputy also learned the driver, identified as 29-year-old Tyler Deno of Douglas, MN had a driver’s license that was canceled inimical to public safety.
Parkin said Deno then failed a field sobriety test and that deputies also found burnt tin foil along with more paraphernalia after further examination of the vehicle and Deno.
