Fatal MC Wreck Near Hayfield

A Hayfield man was killed yesterday in a traffic wreck involving a motorcycle and tractor.

 It happened around 10:30 a.m.  at the intersection of Highway 30 and Dodge County Road 13, about 5 miles east of Hayfield.

The State Patrol says 58 year old Steven Beaver was driving an eastbound motorcycle on Highway 30 and it collided with the tractor, which had been northbound on the county road, which has a stop sign.

The tractor was driven by 55 year old Kevin Asprey of Hayfield, who was not hurt.
