Little Canada, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorcyclist lost his life in a crash on a freeway in the Twin Cities on Wednesday.

The State Patrol responded to the fatality around 3 p.m. Two people were in an SUV that the motorcycle hit. 

The deadly motorcycle crash happened at the Hwy. 36 interchange with Rice St. in Little Canada. 45-year-old Emilio Reyes Miller of Roseville was operating the motorcycle.

He was traveling east and collided with the eastbound SUV, which was stopped in the right lane for traffic as the motorcycle and SUV were approaching the highway’s interchange with Interstate 35E, according to the state crash report

Miller was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a helmet, the State Patrol says.

41-year-old Rossana Rodriguez of Roseville was driving the SUV. She and her passenger, 44-year-old Yusbelquis Dominguez Vasquez of Roseville, were not hurt. 

The State Patrol says alcohol was not involved in the deadly collision.
