Stewartville Man Charged in Rochester Underage Sex Sting Pleads Guilty
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Stewartville man has become the latest defendant to plead guilty in a Rochester underage sex sting.

He was one of seven men charged following the undercover operation that occurred this past April. All of the defendants were arrested in Rochester.
Olmsted County Court Documents say the defendants answered online advertisements created by Rochester police, who were posing as minors.
The men are accused of messaging a phone number attached to the fake ad and agreeing to meet to buy sexual acts from who they thought were under the age of 18.
Law enforcement then arrested the suspects when they arrived at the agreed upon meeting location.
Stewartville Man Pleads Guilty to Underage Prostitution Charge
39-year-old Nathan Harold Robertson was one of the seven men charged. On Tuesday, Robertson pleaded guilty to one felony count of Prostitution-Actor Hires or Agrees to Hire and Reasonably Believes Under 18 but at least 16 years old. He’s scheduled to be sentenced in November.

Robertson is the fourth defendant in the case to plead guilty to the charge. The first guilty plea came in June 21-year-old Benjamin Michael Kinyon of Rochester.
In August, 47-year-old Russell Jay Hodge of Hayfield and 22-year-old Antonio Hernandez Cruz of Rochester also agreed to plead guilty to the felony charge.
Another defendant, 48-year-old Hilario Perez Zenil, was deported following the charges. The cases against the other defendants are still pending.
