
Rochester Crash Update: Two Children Among Four Injured on Hwy. 52
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The State Patrol has released more information concerning a crash that slowed traffic on Hwy. 52 in Rochester on Wednesday.

It happened shortly after 4:45 p.m. Two vehicles were involved in the collision.
Authorities now say a total of four people were injured in the crash and that two of the injured are girls.
Two Girls Among Four Hurt in Two-Vehicle Crash on Hwy. 52 in Rochester, MN
The State Patrol responded to the crash on Hwy. 52 near the 65th St. Northwest interchange.
A Chevrolet car and Ford car were both traveling north when one of the cars rear-ended the other, according to the state crash report. The report does not say which vehicle was rear-ended.

23-year-old Martin James Greer of Lake City was identified as the Ford driver. He was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol says.
Authorities identified 34-year-old April Andrea Stewart of Cordova, TN as the Chevy driver. Stewart had a 12-year-old girl and 6-year-old girl, both from Pine Island, riding with her.
All three of the Chevy occupants were taken to a Mayo Clinic hospital with what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol says.
Stewart and the 12-year-old were not buckled up and it's not known if Greer was wearing his seatbelt, the state crash report says. Alcohol was not involved in the crash, according to the State Patrol.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Rochester Fire Department, Mayo Clinic Ambulance and the Rochester Police Department also responded to the two-vehicle crash.
