Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester Police Chief Jim Franklin is holding another of his “coffee with a cop “ outings Thursday.

This one will be held at Barbershop Talk at 3270 19th Street NW, Suite 208. It will run from 8:00 - 10:00 AM.

Franklin’s guests will be RPD’s Community Services Captain Jeff Stilwell and Andre Crockett of Barbershop Talk.

It’s open to the public.
