Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Four adults and a juvenile girl have been accused of breaking into an occupied residence and assaulting a man last weekend.

According to a criminal complaint filed today in Olmsted County Court, Rochester police officers responded to a report of a burglary around 4:50 PM on Sunday at a condominium in northwest Rochester. Upon their arrival, the officers spoke with the victim and reported finding a sliding glass door window had been smashed by a large rock that was found inside the residence.

The Charges Say $3000 in Cash and Shoes Worth $1800 Were Stolen

The victim told police he was supposed to be at work, but his shift ended early due to Mother's Day and he returned to his condominium earlier than expected. He indicated he was in the bathroom when he heard a "bang" on the sliding glass door and came out to see the glass window crash open and four perpetrators rush inside.

The criminal complaint says the intruders stole $3000 in cash and a pair of shoes valued at $1800. The victim also reported that the group assaulted him in the corner of the residence while the juvenile girl recorded a video of the attack.

The victim also told the officers that he recognized three of the adults and the juvenile girl as people he knew from school and through socializing. He indicated three of the suspects were at his residence as invited guests the day before the incident.

The court document identifies three of the suspects as 19-year-old Brandon Lawson, 18-year-old Jamykeal Gill-Sanders, 24-year-old Anthony Alexander. The fourth adult suspect has yet to be formally charged and the name of the juvenile is not listed in the court documents.

The three men arraigned in Olmsted County Court today are each charged with three counts of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor assault. Conditional bail for Alexander and Lawson was set at $35,000, while Gill-Sanders' conditional bail was set at $17,500.
