
Reward Offered for Justice in Horrific Minnesota Dog Abuse Case
Newport, MN (KROC-AM News)- A massive reward is being offered for answers in a horrific Minnesota animal abuse case.

The organization offering the reward is called Companion Animal Control, which is an animal advocacy group that operates throughout most of the Twin Cities and in Western Wisconsin.
Details about the dog are limited due to an ongoing investigation. A post on the organization's Facebook page includes graphic photos of the dog and information regarding an award for justice.

"Emaciated and lifeless" Dog Discovered in Bin Near Newport, MN Refinery, Reward Offered
The Facebook post says the dog was wrapped in a blanket in a blue bin found near the refinery in Newport, MN, which is about 10 miles southeast of St. Paul.
The group said the dog was weak and lifeless and likely suffered a cruel life. It’s not known who the dog belonged to.
The post also does not say when the dog discovery happened and how long it may have been sitting in the bin.
Companion Animal Control is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to a felony animal cruelty conviction.
