Minnesota Enjoys Big Drop In Foreclosure Activity

Minnesota saw a huge drop in home foreclosure activity in May.

The firm RealtyTrac is reporting there were fewer than 990 foreclosure related filing statewide last month.  That’s down over 36-percent from April and over 48-percent when compared to May of last year. Nationwide, foreclosure filings were down 5-percent from April and 26-percent from May 2013.
