She was last seen in late April. The alert for the young girl was issued Thursday morning on behalf of the St. Cloud Police Department.
Authorities say 14-year-old Cilia Abwoyo Langoya ran away from 180 Degrees Youth Shelter in Saint Cloud around 9:00 on the night of April 24.

The bulletin describes her hair color as blonde, however law enforcement says she could’ve removed her blonde hair.
The young girl is 5’3” and weighs 150 pounds. She has brown eyes and was last seen wearing an orange bonnet.
Officials say she has a history of running away and drug use. A suspected destination and direction of travel are not included in the statewide alert.
Anyone with information regarding Langoya’s whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Cloud Police Department.
