That’s according to the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, which responded to the accident around 10:00 on the night of May 6.
Four people were occupying the UTV. It was the only vehicle involved in the now-deadly crash.
The UTV crashed near an intersection in Canosia Township, which is just northwest of Duluth. All four of the UTV’s occupants were taken from the crash scene to a hospital for medical care.
One of the riders, described as a teenage girl from Duluth, was suffering from life-threatening injuries.
