MN Foreclosure Activity Continues to Drop
The overall number of home foreclosure related filings in Minnesota fell below 950 in September.
The monthly report from the firm RealtyTrac indicates that is down 12-percent from August and the over 35-percent when compared to September of last year. The report also shows overall foreclosure activity in Minnesota during the third quarter this year was down over 10-percent from the previous quarter and dropped about 37-percent from the same three-month period last year.
