Two Taken to Hospitals After Downtown Winona Motorcycle Crash
Winona, MN (KROC-AM News)- Two people were hurt in a motorcycle crash in downtown Winona on Sunday.

It happened shortly after 1:45 p.m. A car and motorcycle were involved in the crash.
The State Patrol responded to the motorcycle crash at an alley entrance to Hwy. 43 near the Winona County Historical Society.
The car was traveling south and entered the highway when it collided with the westbound motorcycle, the state crash report says.
33-year-old Daniel Wayne Gulbranson of Fountain City, WI was identified as the motorcycle operator. 22-year-old Olivia Lynn Hason of Winona was riding on the motorcycle with him.
Gulbranson was taken to a La Crosse hospital. He suffered what the report describes as non-life-threatening injuries.
Hanson was taken to the hospital in Winona. She also suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The car driver was identified as 19-year-old Mya Mary Vonruden. The young Sparta, WI woman was not hurt.
Alcohol was not involved in the crash and the man and woman occupying the motorcycle were not wearing helmets, the report says.
The Winona Police Department, Winona Fire Department and Winona Area Ambulance also responded to the car-motorcycle crash.
