
Pedestrian Hit by Car at Rochester Intersection, Police Investigating
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- There was a car versus pedestrian collision at a Rochester intersection on Tuesday.

The incident sent the walker to the hospital. So far limited information is available.
Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson said officers responded to the traffic incident around 6:30 p.m.

34-Year-Old Woman Taken to Hospital After Being Struck by Car at Northwest Rochester, MN Intersection
Grayson says the vehicle struck the pedestrian at the intersection of 4th Ave. and 7th St. Southwest. The intersection is controlled by a stop light.
Police are describing the pedestrian as a 34-year-old woman.
She was transported from the scene to a hospital with what are being described as non-serious injuries, Grayson said.
The woman’s name and hometown have not been released. No information regarding the person who was driving the car is available.
No other details are available as of Wednesday morning. Grayson says the traffic incident is under investigation.
