Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman was arrested Tuesday after shooting out two windows of a fast-food restaurant, apparently because of a dispute with an employee.

Police were called to the Wendy’s along South Broadway around 8:45 PM and found two windows in the drive-through area had been hit by pellets fired from a BB gun.

A 17-year-old who works there told officers she and 21-year-old Bailey Zywicki got into an argument.

After shooting the windows, Zywicki drove off but returned about an hour later while an officer was still there. She told the officer she “ had a bad day” and insisted she was not aiming at the employee when she fired the gun.
