Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Rochester Fire Marshal is investigating what caused an RV fire.

It happened at a rural property in southeast Rochester around 5 p.m. Saturday.
A news release issued by the Rochester Fire Department says firefighters found the Recreational Vehicle fully engulfed in the flames and threatening a nearby structure when they arrived.

RV Fire Threatens Pole Barn at Rural Southeast Rochester Property, Cause Under Investigation
The RV fire broke out at a home in the 3500 block of Pinewood Rd. Southeast. Officials say the fully-involved RV was parked near a large pole barn.
Responding firefighters quickly knocked down the fire before it could spread to the nearby barn. Crews confirmed the flames were contained to the RV, the news release says.
No injuries were reported and a damage estimate is not yet available. No word on whether or not the RV survived the fire.
The Rochester Police Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the fire fight.
