Search Continues for Now Convicted Minnesota Murderer
St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities are continuing their search for a southwest Minnesota man who has now been convicted of murder.

The BCA issued a statewide alert concerning the whereabouts of Ralph Apmann Monday morning after the 58-year-old man failed to appear in court for his murder trial.
A Cottonwood County jury on Tuesday convicted Apmann of second-degree unintentional murder. Apmann was on trail for the August 2021 killing of Juan Morales-Rivera in Windom. Court documents say he strangled the man to death.
Apmann is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, 230 pounds, with hazel eyes and bald/gray hair. He’s believed to be armed with a 9mm handgun and an AR-15 in the Twin Cities area.
Officials urge the public not to approach him and are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 911.
