Court documents accuse him of coercing a 16-year-old and 14-year-old into engaging in sexually explicit conduct to make pornographic videos. Gebhart would then use his phone and computer to share the videos.

He was also accused of using the videos to blackmail the 16-year-old victim into giving him money and other items of value, threatening to share the sexually explicit content of the victim with their family and friends, federal court documents say.

He was alleged to have conducted the scheme from July 2021 until September 2023.

Gebhart was sentenced to 30 years in prison. His time behind bars will be followed by a 10-year supervised release term.
