Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) – The third suspect in last week’s armed robbery of a Rochester liquor store has been arrested.

Police identified the suspect as 18-year-old Muhammad Hines. The Rochester teenager is expected to be charged with armed robbery.

He and two juveniles are accused of stealing six bottles of brandy from the Andy’s store on 41st St NW Thursday evening. An employee told police one of the teens pointed a gun at him. Another flashed a gun at the employee.

The suspect accused of pointing the gun is 16-year-old Jeremy Phillips, who appeared in court Tuesday. He was ordered held at the juvenile detention center. Prosecutors have indicated they may seek to move his case into adult court.

A girl who turned 14 today has also been charged in the case. During her arrest, officers recovered some of the stolen liquor and an airsoft gun. She and Phillips were arrested last Friday.
