Turkey coal mine disaster kills more than 200

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — The death toll from an explosion and fire at a coal mine in western Turkey has grown to 201.

Rescuers are struggling to reach More than 200 miners trapped inside.

Turkey's energy minister says 787 people were working inside the mine at the time of the accident.

The minister says at least 80 mine workers were injured including four who are in serious condition.

The mine is in Soma, about 155 miles from Istanbul.
