in the arrests of two suspected Rochester heroin dealers yesterday. Officers arrested 24 year old Alec Southwick at his residence in the Parkside Mobile Home Park and apprehended 25 year old Ayla Krohn at her home in the 4000 block of 2nd street northwest in the Country Club Manor neighborhood.  A Sheriff’s Department spokesman says their arrests were part of an ongoing investigation but it was not part of the federal case announced yesterday.
