Many in Southeast Minnesota gather around downtown Rochester, Minnesota to watch the amazing display in the sky above Soldiers Field.  4th Fest is a free event full of live music, activities, and even a few food trucks that come down for the fun.  To end the night, the fireworks are shot off and people gather all over in various parking lots, on top of the parking ramps, and in the park to enjoy the lights in the sky.
