Bloomington Police responded to the report of a man slumped over behind the wheel of a vehicle parked in a parking lot about five miles west of the Mall of America Wednesday night. Police Chief Booker Hodges said responding officers saw three people, not from the Twin Cities, dead of gunshot wounds inside of the pick-up.

Hodges said the preliminary investigation indicated a father and son were shot to death before the shooter turned the gun on themself. The murder victims have been identified as 25-year-old Dominick Dahmen and 55-year-old Dale Dahmen. Both of the victims are from Buffalo, MN

The medical examiner determined both men died of multiple gunshot wounds. Their deaths have been ruled a homicide. The identity of the shooter has not been released.
