Winter will be here before we know it, but in the meantime, southeast Minnesota is going to see some really nice temperatures in the mid to upper 70s for the next week or so!
If you're someone who's holding onto the warmth for as long as possible, like me, it's time to soak up what you can of the warm weather and time on or by the water.
SE Minnesota Has Some of the Least Natural Lakes in Minnesota
The thing about SE Minnesota is that we have some of the fewest natural lakes in the entire Land of 10,000 Lakes. A little crazy and also a little rude, if you ask me. Why does everyone else get nice, natural lakes, and we don't?

We do have a few natural lakes, though, and some man-made as well, and they're still nice places to go and relax.

Grab a kayak, fishing pole, or chair and go enjoy the weather in the next week or so before winter hits! Most of these lakes you can take a walk around, too, if that's more your vibe.
