
Rochester Man Charged After Law Enforcement Drug Buys
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A drug buy set up by law enforcement has led to the filing of a drug felony against a Rochester man.

The Rochester Police Department facilitated the controlled buys during a drug sales investigation in June and July, according to the criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court on Thursday.

Rochester Man Facing Drug Sales Charge for Selling Meth During Controlled Buy, Complaint says
46-year-old Joseph Robert Augedahl is charged with one count of first-degree drug sales.
The court document accuses him of selling 60.5 grams of methamphetamine to a police informant over the course of controlled buys conducted in June and July.
Augedahl made his first court appearance on Friday and immediately entered a not guilty plea and demanded a trial. He is currently out on $10,000 conditional bail.
Augedahl’s next court appearance is scheduled for October. The trial is tentatively scheduled to begin next May.
