
Ellendale Man Among Three Motorcyclists Killed in Separate Crashes(UPDATED)
There have been at least three fatal motorcycle crashes in the state in less than a day.
The State Patrol is investigating a deadly motorcycle crash that occurred in Waseca County Sunday night. The preliminary State Patrol report indicates a 50-year-old Kevin Bass of Ellendale man was fatally injured when he lost control of his motorcycle on Highway 30 near New Richland and crashed along the westbound side of the roadway around 9 p.m.
Another deadly motorcycle crash occurred early Monday in the Twin Cities. The State Patrol says a 37-year-old Fridley man was killed when he crashed his motorcycle along eastbound I-694 in Fridley around 2:30 a.m.
The State Patrol is also reporting a fatal crash involving a motorcycle in southwestern Minnesota. Reports indicate the driver of a motorcycle was killed in a collision with a SUV in Chippewa County around 6:30 this morning.
