Heavy snow has forced several schools to close to have their rooftops evaluated. Add Byron High School to that list, BHS will be closed tomorrow, and it will be a flex learning day for students.

Byron Superintendent Joey Page posted this message to Facebook: "Every day, our priority is the safety of the students and guests in our schools. Upon the assessment and recommendations from a structural engineer this afternoon, and as a safety precaution, Byron High School will be closed tomorrow Wednesday, March 6 due to accumulated snow in areas of the roof. There will be no meetings or events held at the building until further notice."
