Late Night Council Meeting. Reason? Listen To Randy

The meeting lasted until 1:30 am.  City Council President Randy Staver was still ready to go as usual this morning.  Much of the meeting's discussion centered around the "Chateau Circle" project which deals with zoning on 55th street near Walmart North.
