Recent news events and punditry displayed extraordinary diversity, challenges, complexity, conflicts and concerns, some tying the issues to problematic past events.

American Thinker columnist M. Walter traced the Ukraine-Russia war back to alleged blunders by President Obama’s “truly shocking record of naivety and ignorance reflecting a pro-Russia/Putin bias. a premise President Trump has been falsely accused of.

Obam’s Secretary of State Hillary Clinton added to the mix with her pro-Putin/Russia plan of a “Reset Button.”

Patricia McCarthy (Am. Thinker) concludes “Democrat-appointed judges are doing what they can to keep President Trump from doing what he was elected to do. They are overreaching, breaching the Constitution and do not care.”

Thomas Jefferson warned Americans about the dangers of an unelected judicial bureaucracy doing just that. McCarthy expressed disappointment in what she calls the drift to the Left, and that side, by formerly conservative Chief Justice Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett, now allegedly “on the wrong side.” Some observers suggest they were frightened Left-ward by the demonstrators that threatened them after the last Court modification of the abortion decision.

Gateway Pundit writer Jim Hoft cited the admission of Senate Minority Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer who publicly declared, after his leadership was threatened, “We did put 235 Progressive Judges on the Bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time after time. Hoft cited the opinions of Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) who wrote that Progressive judges aren’t following the law, but they are “progressive activists wearing black robes.”

Hoft also quoted Eli Crang (R-AZ) who added, “It’s all coordinated and intentional. Congress must act.”

Republican House Speaker Michael Johnson was cited by Gateway Pundit scribe Christina Laila, who allegedly revealed plans to “limit activist judicial abuses: and “expose the worst offenders.” Republican judges did not do these things to President Biden.

Laila reported “Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled that Democrat state attorneys general can access information about DOGE employees working to cut waste and fraud” and “doxed the young Gen Z whiz kids working to cut government waste.”

Laila described Speaker Johnson’s plan to check “the abuses of the Marxist judges,” and claimed, “the House is working overtime to limit the abuses of activist federal judges” by exposure and “high profile” hearings and “stop unfounded nationwide injunctions.”

Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley, writes Newsmax columnist Mark Swanson, supports President Trump’s concern about “judicial overreach, declaring, “Over the last few months I have watched with concern as individual district judges have issued sweeping injunctions that reach far beyond the case before them.”

The venerable and distinguished Iowa solon is likely to use his seniority and experience to support and conduct hearings into these matters and expedite solutions and limitations in his battle against what some have described as partisan political judicial overreach.
