(OPINION) Trump Derangement Syndrome and a Judicial Impeachment

Republican Congressman Brandon Gill (R-TX) in November introduced impeachment charges against U.S. District Judge James Boasberg for allegedly “authorizing unconstitutional subpoenas signed off by Special Counsel Jack Smith targeting Republican Senators Cruz, Hawley, and Blackburn that allowed the Biden Administration to spy on them.” That’s according to PJ Media reporter Matt Margolis.

New York Post reporter Miranda Devine wrote that “Trump Derangement Syndrome has morphed into something more lethal: Trump Projection Disorder.” One example cited by Devine is Democrats imitating “Trump’s trash-talking style” to sound tough and real. Devine writes that his opponents cannot replicate Trump’s common-sense policies or his courage to carry them out.

Gateway Pundit reporter Mike LaChance cites popular television physician Drew Pinsky’s explanation that TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) is really a manifestation of a person’s narcissism, where, as Pinsky explains, the person affected by TDS takes Trump’s statements personally and believes he or she is superior to Trump.

Alpha News reporter Rose Korabek covered the 50th anniversary of the November 1975 sinking of the cargo carrier Edmund Fitzgerald during a horrendous Lake Superior storm. The event was commemorated and hosted by the Minnesota Historical Society at Split Rock Lighthouse north of Duluth in Two Harbors, Minnesota. Twenty-nine crewmembers were lost.

Korabek writes that an estimated 10,000 shipwrecks lie in the depths of the Great Lakes, with Lake Superior claiming “350 ships, at least half of which lay undiscovered to this day.”
