
Charges: Minneapolis Woman Inflicted Thousands of Dollars of Damage to Rochester Camper She Broke Into
The court document says the victim reported soiled linens and damage to the cabinetry, framing and cushions.
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Minneapolis woman is facing felony charges for allegedly breaking into and trashing a camper being stored in Rochester.

The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court this week, also said she was living in the camper.
Rochester police responded to the report of the break-in on January 7. The suspect came forward after a multi-month investigation.
Minneapolis Woman Accused of Severely Damaging Camper She Broke into and Lived in
37-year-old Stephanie Esperanza Raygor is charged with felony theft and felony property damage. The court document says the victim reported soiled linens and damage to the cabinetry, framing and cushions.

There was also trash and liquor bottles inside the camper, indicating Raygor had been living there, the charges say.
Raygor eventually confessed to an employee of the storage facility that she had been living in the camper. She also admitted to stealing from the camper and to other thefts at the facility, according to the complaint.
Raygor is a customer at the Rochester business. The charges do not say which storage facility the alleged theft and break-in occurred at.
Raygor is accused of inflicting $15,000 worth of damages to the camper. The property she is accused of stealing is valued at $2,000, according to the complaint.
Raygor has been charged via summons and is scheduled to make her first court appearance early next year.
