Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -

Court records show 38-year-old Ilobe Momin was given a ticket for violating the state’s “move over law” in March.

He pleaded guilty to the petty misdemeanor on Friday. The judge fined him $5 for the violation.

But the court then tacked on two pricier fees to his bill:

  •  Crim/Traffic Surcharge (once per case) $75.00
  •  Hwy Patrol Fines $5.00
  •  Law Library Fees $15.00
  •  Fee Totals: $95.00
