One of the victims told law enforcement during an interview at her school in Rochester that Hinojosa sexually abused her multiple times while she was asleep, the charges say. She said the abuse stopped when she reached the 8th grade.

The other victim told police Hinojosa sexually assaulted her multiple times per week over a three year span. She alleged the abuse began when she was 10 and ended when she turned 12, according to the court document.
