Warrant Issued for Woman Charged in Rochester Stolen Vehicle Chase
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- An arrest warrant has been issued for a Twin Cities woman charged last month in a stolen vehicle chase that began in Rochester.

Court documents say Rochester Police responded to the report of a vehicle being stolen from a store on July 29. The charges allege the vehicle fled a traffic stop in Rochester and was tracked by a State Patrol helicopter and other agencies as it traveled towards the Twin Cities on Hwy. 52.
Authorities tracked the vehicle to a business complex in Edina where law enforcement arrested the driver, identified as 18-year-old Amal Abdikadir Noor of Edina. Noor was transported back to Rochester for an arraignment hearing on July 31.
She was released without bail but with conditions. An arrest warrant alleging Noor failed to comply with pretrial conditions was issued in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday.
Noor also failed to appear at a court hearing scheduled for Wednesday morning. She is facing charges of felony theft and felony fleeing.
