(UPDATE) - The State Patrol has released information about the motorists and others involved in a 3-vehicle crash on Highway 63 north of Rochester on Saturday.

55-year-old Michael Halas of Rochester was the driver of the Porsche Boxster convertible. He was not injured in the collision.

36-year-old Zachary Peterson of Elgin was driving the car that was traveling east on Whitecap Bridge Road. The State Patrol says he was transported to St. Marys Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the pickup truck that was turning from northbound Highway 63 onto Wait Bridge Road has been identified as 56-year-old John Dunham of Rochester. He was not hurt, but his passenger 54-year-old Tara Kenitz of Rochester, was taken to St. Marys Hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The State Patrol crash report indicates everyone involved in the incident was wearing seatbelts and alcohol was not involved.

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol responded Saturday afternoon to an injury crash involving three vehicles on Highway 63 north of Rochester.

State Patrol Investigates Highway 63 Crash

The preliminary crash report indicates a Porsche Boxster convertible was traveling south on Highway 63, a pickup truck was headed north on Highway 63, and a car was traveling east on Highway 247 when they collided just before 1:20 p.m. The State Patrol says the collision occurred when the northbound pickup was turning west onto Whitecap Bridge Road.

3 People From Rochester and Another From Elgin Involved in Crash

According to the crash report, the Porsche was being driven by a 55-year-old Rochester man, and the pickup was driven by a 56-year-old Rochester man, who had a 54-year-old female passenger, also from Rochester. The driver of the car was a 36-year-old man from Elgin.

The State Patrol has not released their names or information about the injuries they suffered in the crash. The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, Mayo Clinic Ambulance, and Zumbro Falls Fire and Rescue also responded to the incident.
